Today I would like to introduce you to some steak accompaniments.
We change the accompaniments according to the season.
Currently, we have burdock root, eggplant, and sweet potatoes.
It is served as a garnish.
Each ingredient is carefully seasoned to suit its own taste.
It makes a perfect chopstick rest for the steak.
From today, very large Oura burdocks are used,
Only the tasty parts are used.
